Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in promotional offers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload, create, or process through TeamFlowAI. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide our services.

Our Platform

TeamFlowAI, including all software, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Data Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process any data you upload to our platform. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws.

7. Third-Party Integrations

TeamFlowAI integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or actions of third-party services.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

11. Termination

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and data. You may request a data export before termination.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TeamFlowAI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. General Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeamFlowAI.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
