3. Google API Services — User Data Policy

TeamFlowAI integrates with Google APIs to provide the Google Sheets export feature. When you connect your Google account, we request the following OAuth scope:

What Google Data We Access

• OAuth tokens (access token and refresh token) required to authenticate with Google on your behalf
• Sheet metadata (tab names) of the spreadsheet you provide, solely to create or select the correct tab for export

How We Use Google Data

• Exclusively to write your reconciliation data to the Google Sheets spreadsheet you specify
• We do not read, store, or process the contents of your spreadsheets beyond what is required for the export

Limited Use Disclosure

TeamFlowAI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
• We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or information resellers
• We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the Google Sheets export feature you initiated
• Human access to Google user data is limited to: (a) with your explicit consent, (b) as necessary for security purposes, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) for our internal operations where data has been aggregated and anonymized

Revoking Access

You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your Settings → Integrations page. You can also revoke TeamFlowAI's access directly from your Google Account Permissions page. Upon revocation, we delete your stored OAuth tokens.
